Bourgogne Chardonnay, Antoine Jobard 2007
The Wine Advocate: “Subtle nuttiness and milled grain characterize Jobard’s white 2007 Bourgogne, which exhibits a surprising degree of creaminess on the palate for its appellation in this vintage. Lime and pineapple lend a sense of succulence that persists into a finish satisfyingly balancing fresh fruit, toasted nuts, and chalk. I would plan to enjoy this nicely-proportioned, generous, Meursault-like Bourgogne over the next couple of years”. Burghound: “Oustanding. Top value”. |
