Domaine Hubert Lamy wordt sinds 1995 geleid door zoon Olivier die het vak leerde van Henri Jayer en Jean Nicolas Méo (Méo-Camuzet). De laatste jaren is de kwaliteit van de wijnen van dit huis spectaculair gestegen en men rekent ze bij de absolute top voor witte Bourgognes. Olivier wordt algemeen gezien als één van de meest talentvolle wijnmakers voor witte Bourgognes. De Lamy’s bezitten 16 hectare wijngaard, voornamelijk binnen de gemeente Saint-Aubin. Witte Saint-Aubin is hier dan ook de specialiteit en deze kan kwalitatief wedijveren met de betere premier cru wijnen uit de nabij gelegen gemeenten Chassagne- en Puligny-Montrachet.
