Cecile TremblayCecile Tremblay is pas 32 jaar en maakt de laatste paar jaar razendsnel naam. Ze is een afstammeling van de beroemde Jayer famillie. Het talent zit haar duidelijk in haar bloed. In 2003 startte ze met slechts 3 hectare wijngaard haar eigen domein. Al direct maakte haar wijnen veel indruk. Le Grand Guide des Vins de France 2011benoemde haar tot "La Révélation de l'année". Michel Bettane vegelijkt haar zelfs met Lalou Bize Leroy! Ik ben bijzonder verheugd haar wijnen met ingang van de oogst van 2009 voor Nederland te mogen voeren.

Burghound: "A highly spiced nose of discreet wood and very ripe red and black pinot fruit trimmed in warm earth notes is followed by rich, intense and broad-scaled flavors that possess excellent volume and mid-palate concentration where the sap does an excellent job of buffering the very firm tannic backbone on the hugely long finish. Like the Chapelle, this is very primary and clearly still developing so my predicted range should be considered as preliminary and conservative. Sweet spot!"
